Whether you purchase art or a design from me directly or acquire it through other means, you are automatically subject to my Terms of Service.
Failure to abide by my TOS will result in being blacklisted.Designs:
- In general, you may not sell designs for more than you originally paid. If you resell a design, you must notify me of the new owner.
- Should a design have additional art pieces that you paid for, and you would like to add their price to the base resale, please contact me to confirm the new price.
- In general (and to avoid flipping), I do not honor price changes based on the reseller's own artwork additions, though I retain the right to make exceptions.
- Any designs made by me are not to be used in hypo-foal memes, breeding charts, or anything of the like.
General Rules:
- You may not draw on or edit the artwork I provide for you.
- Under no circumstances is my art to be used for commercial use.
- Any commission type will always include a sketch and color pass at minimum, meaning you will have the opportunity to ask for changes at the sketch stage, and color changes at the ink + flat color stage. You may request a lining pass if you would like to to check on the art between the ink and color stages. Additionally, once a stage is confirmed, it can no longer be edited.
- I do not accept returns for paid work under any circumstance.
- I will only issue refunds if the commission hasn’t been started.
- Partial refunds will only be issued if I am completely unable to finish the commission and they have passed the sketch stage or further.Regarding Blockchain Technology:
Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.Regarding AI:
Clients shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
